Delivery

Standard Delivery: 
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are typically delivered the next business day via DPD, excluding weekends and public holidays.
 
Same-Day Delivery: 
Available for London-based addresses on orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
 
Friday Orders (Cold Chain Products): 
Orders requiring cold chain handling placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday, unless Same-Day or Saturday delivery is selected during checkout.
 
Upgrade Options: 
Expedited delivery options by 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM are available for an additional fee (subject to delivery location availability).
 
Timed Deliveries: 
Please note that timed deliveries are not available for addresses in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
 
Delivery Delays:
While Cosmeducate works with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers. Delivery fees are non-refundable in such instances, and Cosmeducate cannot be held responsible for any loss of income due to courier delays or missed delivery windows.
 
 

Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries:
If no one is available to receive your order, it may be redirected to a local pickup shop. You will be notified via SMS or email with further instructions.
 
Returned Deliveries:
Should your order be returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, a new shipping fee will apply to resend the package.
 
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate. Cosmeducate is not liable for missed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
 
 

Lost or Damaged Orders

Product Protection Option:
You may add optional delivery protection at checkout, which covers lost, damaged, or delayed parcels, including issues affecting temperature-sensitive shipments.
 
Without Protection:
If delivery protection is declined, customers must resolve claims directly with DPD. Please note that courier compensation may be limited.
 
 

Cold Chain Products

Temperature-Sensitive Items:
Select products require refrigeration and cold chain compliance during shipping.
 
Redelivery Window:
For cold chain items, you have 72 hours to collect or reschedule delivery from a local depot. Cosmeducate cannot issue refunds or replacements for cold chain orders collected after this window.
 
Alternate Pickup Responsibility:
If you authorize delivery to a neighbor or local pickup point, you must collect the parcel within 24 hours to maintain proper temperature conditions. Delayed pickup may result in product compromise, and Cosmeducate assumes no liability in such cases.
 
 

International Shipping

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. Cosmeducate does not cover charges for unpaid customs that result in abandoned parcels.

Delivery Timelines: While most international orders arrive within 5–10 working days, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to customs processing or courier-related delays.

Returned International Orders: If an international parcel is returned due to customs clearance issues or failed delivery, a refund will be issued for the product(s) only. A new shipping fee will apply if you choose to have it resent.

Income Loss: Cosmeducate is not responsible for any financial loss due to shipping delays, customs holds, or delivery failures.

 

Returns & Replacements

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or unusable product, please contact us immediately. Do not dispose of the item — we cannot process a return without verifying the issue.
 
Return Policy
Due to medical safety standards, only faulty, damaged, or recalled products are eligible for return. For safety and compliance, we do not accept returns for products that have already exited Cosmeducate’s controlled supply chain.
